01 · Manufacturing
Every metre we print starts with fabric we have prepared ourselves. Greige fabric is desized, washed, bleached, dyed and heat-set in-house, so the base cloth that reaches our print lines is consistent, stable and true to colour.
02 · Printing
Our Reggiani rotary printing machines were the first of their kind in the Malaysian textile industry. Today a fleet of six advanced, state-of-the-art lines delivers more than 3 million metres of printed fabric every month.

The Printing Process
In-house creation using specialised design software. Our professional designers continuously study market trends and can tailor-make designs to match each customer's exact requirements.
Pigments are matched with sophisticated colour-lab equipment and software, then tested against the most stringent standards — fastness, colour difference and more — on the desired base fabric.
A fully automated inkjet screen-plotting machine transfers the artwork so each individual colour is "printed" onto a rotary nickel screen coated with photo-sensitive chemical.
High-intensity UV exposure hardens the open areas of the screen; the unexposed design areas rinse away under a water jet, leaving the pattern visible and print-ready.
Once the colour sample is confirmed, it is stored in our database and a formula is generated for the actual production mixing — so every rerun matches the original.
Washing, bleaching, dyeing, tentering and padding prepare the base fabric for a clean, consistent print.
Rotary printing across our fleet of six Reggiani machines — up to 110″ width, 36″ repeat and 12 colours in a single run.
Post-printing treatments — softening, hardening, protective and technical finishes — are applied to specification.
Cut-and-sew and further processing through our trusted network of downstream vendors.
Finished fabric is inspected, rolled, packed and staged for prompt delivery or export.
03 · Finishing
Beyond colour and pattern, our finishing range gives fabrics the hand-feel and technical performance each end-use demands — from nursery-safe anti-bacterial finishes to fire-retardant uniform cloth.
04 · Exporting
With over 3 million metres of monthly capacity and ISO 9001 systems behind every order, BK Tex supplies brands, distributors and manufacturers across Southeast Asia — with a strong and growing focus on Indonesia.
